It syncs Xero and 160+ other business systems into one dedicated Azure SQL database, consolidates every entity with account mappings, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency FX applied automatically, and delivers board-ready management reports and board packs straight through the platform. The same consolidated numbers are automated into Excel, Power BI and any AI tool your team uses, and it runs both ways, so month-end journals post back to multiple systems at once. Xero does not consolidate multiple organisations natively. Each Xero organisation keeps its own ledger, so a group with several entities has to export each one and combine the numbers outside Xero. dataSights automates that by syncing every Xero organisation into one database and applying account mappings, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency FX for you.

Xero is the most common starting point, but the same database can hold every other system your business runs on. Around 75% of customers use the Excel Add-In or Power Query connection as their primary reporting channel, based on internal dataSights usage data. Power BI is there for teams that need custom dashboards and drill-down.
In a dedicated Microsoft Azure SQL database in a region of your choice. Host it with dataSights or bring your own Microsoft account and own everything. Credentials are salted and encrypted, multi-factor authentication is standard, and you can revoke access at any time.
Plans start at A$80 per month and scale with the number of entities you consolidate, up to A$390 per month for up to 200 entities. Every plan includes the AI layer at no extra cost. A custom-built new connector is a one-off fixed price of A$750 AUD. There is a free 14-day trial and no credit card is required.
Yes. dataSights posts journals with optional reversals, invoices, bills, credit notes, bank transactions and purchase orders back to multiple Xero organisations at once, plus updates to contacts, accounts and tracking categories. Every posting carries a full audit trail. Most reporting tools only read data out.
