Greenslate Advisory wanted to provide their client with a dashboard solution that consolidated Xero & Kounta metrics. Complete with budgeting and store sales comparisons. Metrics such as Wage & Rent Ratios (from Xero) as a percentage of Sales (from Kounta) along with custom Royalties earned calculations. Now the franchisor is in a position to instantly see where each franchise is at and the franchisees are given extra help to determine how they are tracking.
